The company was founded in 2006 under the name Catalyst, by a group of partners combining competencies in:\n\n

    In 2007, Andrzej \u015amiech joined the company, expanding the client portfolio to include organizations from the insurance sector.     He graduated from Leon Ko\u017ami\u0144ski Academy and Bradford University \u2013 School of Management, where he did his MBA specializing in Change Management and post-graduate studies on Business Psychology.\u00a0He is a Member of FORBES Coaches Council and Coaching Chamber in Poland.<\/p>

    His Leadership Competency Development Programs have been attended by over 30, 278 participants (over 17,584 training hours) in the Management and Sales field.
