Remote work
Meeting objective:
- To calibrate among participants an adequate perception of the new reality in which we find ourselves.
- To inspire a reframing of one’s professional and personal perspective towards the changes that are now a permanent feature of the market, professional and domestic environment in order to arouse resources and potential and to take advantage of the unconscious opportunities that the crisis brings.
- To demonstrate effective methods and ways to regain emotional balance and encapsulate personal courage to boldly face the challenges of both professional and private life.
Method of delivery:
The inspiration meetings are conducted in the form of an interactive webinar lecture with passion and energy given to the listeners, who, in addition to factual knowledge, leave with creative reflections on how they are currently functioning and inspiration for a new, more effective outlook on their lives. The duration of the meeting is 1.5 hours.
Scope:
The consequences of unconsciously failing to update cognitive maps. On how the subjectivity of perception shapes the map of reality we live in and the consequences of travelling on an ‘old GPS’ that we have forgotten to update.
Emotional states in crisis. On how our emotions arise and what they do for us; how to regulate emotional states so that they become our ally rather than our enemy using the limited influence of the context in which we operate and personal resources.
Make-up, Face-lifting or a new face? The nature and structure of change as a turning point in our lives; the ‘journey’ of personal change and the pitfalls that await the unprepared ‘wanderer’.
ToolBox ‘Crown of the Employee’ A set of methods and tools to help you regain stability and balance in the new business environment and why comfortable choices do not always lead to the expected results and, in the long term, prove to be an inconvenient compromise against using your full potential in a structurally changing environment.
Self-Control and Self-Discipline – our best friends in crisis. On how to shape cognitive, emotional and behavioural patterns within ourselves that, instead of detracting, will become the drivers of our success in both our personal and professional lives.
Leadership mastermind group
Meeting objective:
- To create a strong motivation to seek out-of-the-box solutions in a difficult business environment and to sustain team spirit and leadership attitudes among Executives.
- To inspire to reframe one’s professional and personal perspective towards the changes that are now a permanent feature of the market, professional and personal environment in order to arouse and realise unconscious potential.
- To build personal courage to boldly face the challenges of both professional and personal life.
Meeting Format:
Meetings take the form of targeted, open discussions, sharing best practices, and generating ideas based on five key principles: confidentiality, honesty, accountability, support, and creativity.
Strategies for handling difficulties and proposed methods for achieving goals will be reflected upon and discussed in the forum. During the session, a list of specific conclusions will be created, serving as a reference point for participants’ future actions. Each participant will choose one practice to implement between sessions.
At the next meeting, participants will begin by discussing the implementations in their managed teams.
The guidelines for a team leader’s participation in a MASTERMIND group should be determined individually.
Implementation Method:
To ensure maximum effectiveness of development activities, we suggest relying on the MASTERMIND session model conducted online. This model is characterized by both the format and structure of conducting meetings.
Meeting Structure:
Sessions should be held at intervals agreed upon and accepted by all participants (e.g., every two weeks, on Wednesdays at 10:00 AM). Each session should include no more than 12–16 participants and last approximately 1.5–2 hours.
Each session includes the following elements:
- Participant status
- Key challenges
- Discussion of solutions and best practices for key issues
- Agreement on solution implementation
- Inspiration
